How to Quit and Re-Launch Visionable (Windows)
If you have any issues with the Visionable App functionality, or if the App has frozen or locked up and you need to fully quit and re-launch the App again, the below instructions will guide you through this process.
1. Click on the system tray arrow to expand - this is the little arrow at the bottom right of your screen near the sound, battery and date/time display.
2. Once you expand the system tray you may see several icons for different apps running, one should be the Visionable icon, right click on the icon and then select "Quit" from the menu options
3. If the App was still running in the background, you may get an additional pop up to confirm if you want to exit the Visionable App. Click on "Yes"
4. To re-launch the App, simply double click on the Visionable icon on your desktop screen
If there isn't a Visionable icon showing on your desktop, click on the Windows start menu and find the Visionable App from the list of installed Apps. You can also use the search bar and type Visionable to help find the App.
Depending on what version of windows you are using, your Windows start menu icon may look like either of the ones below, and may be bottom left or bottom centre of your screen.
5. Once the App has re-launched, simply enter your username and password again and click "Sign in" button
